ACCIPITER was founded by Ben Mengden as a non-traditional architecture and development firm. 
the goals are:
1) to make as much a difference with each project in people's lives and in the world we live in - healthy, nature connected architecture
2) be a profitable company while being honest and innovative
3) explore and create and enjoy and be kind and laugh and get outdoors and build cool things and listen
the teams currently are custom created for custom projects - collaborations.    this is possible given today's technology and our social economy.   
AD+D expands + contracts with each project.   teams are partnerships + friendships.
