Rice Architecture

I want to go in depth about the Fiber Futures Symposium in upcoming posts but first a comment about Rice Architecture. Although I did not attend school at Rice, I have quite a bit of admiration for the architecture program. On the day of the Symposium my opinion was confirmed. Amanda Sullivan, Director of Development and Alumni Engagement, was kind to welcome me and give a bit of an inside take on the program. She talked about their European program, her role at Rice, and the Symposium. Furthermore, she expressed her role as bringing people together, helping each other - an excellent perspective. She also kindly introduced me to the Dean and I even got the chance to meet her beautiful family at the closing of the event.

Maybe talent attracts talent. And maybe Rice Architecture keeps getting better because of folks like Amanda. Regardless, check it out if you get a chance. Nice job Rice.
